Welcome to St. Annes Group Practice

We are a friendly practice with a strong, integrated health care team of 12 doctors, 11 nurses, 4 Health Care Assistants and an experienced support team of administrators/receptionists all of whom are committed to delivering a high quality service to our patients.

In addition to St. Annes we have 2 satellite surgeries in Beltinge and Greenhill. After the recent successful re-development of Beltinge Surgery, we are currently re-developing the main site at St. Annes.

History of The Practice

The practice was formed in April 1996 by amalgamating the existing practices for Dr R Wheeldon & Partners and D H R Cleverley & Partners. Both of the practices were already based as St. Anne’s Surgery. They both stemmed from practices, which had moved to St. Anne’s Surgery in 1972 when it was the first purpose built surgery in the town. The newly amalgamated practice now looks after some 15,000 patients at St. Annes and the branch surgeries at Beltinge and Greenhill.
